What Does Anterior Myocardial Infarction Mean?
I had a ECG at a health fair and it said that I ve had a possible Anterior Myocardial Infarction. My qt/qtc is 375/401, my prt is 67 77 54. I don t know the meaning of any of this but I don t think I ve ever had a heart attack. What is your professional opinion?

ECG is not enough to confirm diagnosis in your case.Repeat your ECG,get 2D Echo,TMT,lipid profile,complete blood picture to rule out MI.sometimes mild CAD may be aymptomatic.Check your blood pressure ,heart rate.Anti platelet drugs will be helpful in your case.cardiac check up for every 6months is helpful.consult your cardiologist for expert management.
