General Surgeon 's  Response
It could mean that you would have suffered a mild heart attack. Ischemia means lack of blood and nutrients that it supplies to the heart muscle and therefore, part of the heart muscle dies. The report suggests the muscle in the anterior part and the heart septum has suffered ischemia or death due to lack of blood supply. It would mean that one or more of the arteries supplying your heart is diseased with Atherosclerosis or fat deposition. Natural remedy would be lifestyle modification in the form of weight reduction to near ideal body weight, decreasing fat and carbohydrate intake, stop smoking and alcohol consumption and regular exercise, atleast 5-6 times a week.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, India.
