Hi I am healthy 32 year old but have trouble getting pregnact I recently had a lap and dye test with the following results below but can I still get pregnact even with the results below?

Anteverted uterus with right corneal and posterfundal fibroids. Endometriosis spot on uterovesical peritoneum. Tubes and ovaries NAD. Bilateral fill and spill of dye from both tubes. Cervical stenosis at internal os. From the surgery they did dilate my cervix to 8 Hegars.
