What Does Beta Hcg Quant. Ref Range: 1-3 MlU/mL Indicate?

Hello, im been suffering with so many thoughts in my head about pregnancy. My LMP was march 18th & today is now April 26th.. Still no sign of blood. Ive had cramping on and off & i went to the Emergency room to find out what was going on & they did a pelvic and ultrasound aswell as an Xray. Everything came back normal. Test were negative for pregnancy. As i look on my discharge papers i see it says Beta Hcg Quant. Ref Range: 1-3 mlU/mL .. Does this mean im pregnant?
