What Does But My Hcg Level Was 194.2MUI/M Mean?

I was diagnosed with a 6 weeks pregnacy since 23 jan 2014 ( Last happened period) But my hcg level as on 1st march 2014 was 194.2MUI/M as on 6th march 2014 394.8 MUI/mI as on 8th march 2014 292.2MUI/MI my gynaec said my pregnancy is not pregnancy. .. and yesterday I had red spotting also

Hello dear, I'm sorry to say that your gynaecologist is right probably. HCG level s usually double in two days in case of an ongoing pregnancy and don't fall. The levels in your case are low and falling which indicate a failing pregnancy. I suggest you to go for an ultrasound to confirm this. Tale care.
