What Does Echo And Dobutamine Stress Echo Suggest While Taking Concor And Coversyl?

i have done two tests i-e Echo & Dobutamine Stress Echo The result or summarizes the Echo Normal size cardiac chambers . Moderate left ventricular systolic dysfunction Moderate left ventricular global hypokinesia . Grade I left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. And Report of other test is summarized by the doctor is as under Pharmacological stress is positive for echo evidence of myocardial viability for ischemia Currently I am taking following medicines. CONCOR 2 mg Coversyl 2.5 mg

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having ischemic heart disease (IHD) due to poor blood supply some of the heart tissue function poorly they can not pump properly. This known as hypokinesia. During diastole heart muscle relax and tend to accumulate blood. Due to IHD they don't relax properly and thus Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction is written. So timely follow up and regular medicines are needed.
