What Does Endometrial Thickness Of 17.5m Indicate?

my munistration cycle is not coming regulary since July 2012 evey month it drops with a spot derty blood after that I went to a doctor last saturday and they checked my with ultrasound and sai d my endometrium echo was 17.5 it that a problem what is the reason and the treatment

There are four types of endometrial hyperplasia,
To determine which is the type of endometrial hyperplasia and the type of medication you should do endometrial curetage with biopsia.
It is a risk factor for the development of endometrial carcinoma.
