What Does HCG Level From 84 To 284.8 In A Weeks Time Suggest?

i had a menstrual arpil 15th 2011...i ovalated about may 6th or so became pregnant. had ultrasound 2 weeks ago nothing seen at approx 3 weeks then again at 5 week 4day approx they see a sac nothing in it yet my hcg levels were 84 then 284.8 then 2 weeks later checked tues 3700 then thur 4250 its didnt double n im having some browish spotting light pink no heavy bleeding though. i had bleeding in last pregnancy turned out fine however can it be that it is implantation bleeding????and if i had a hcg test at 430pm tues and then one at 9am thur that 550 increase is not that bad that maybe it wasnt 72 hours or even 48 at that????please help answer this is u cAN ..thank you sara

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As per the beta HCG reports that you have mentioned, it appears that the fetal growth is not as satisfactory as expected.

Although the beta HCG values are rising, the ruse is not as it should be in a healthy pregnancy

3 ) I will suggest you to get USG done after 42 to 49 days from your last cycle date.
This will help to know the growth and viability of the pregnancy.

4 ) As on now please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for getting micronized progesterone tablets, to support the pregnancy.
