What Does HCG Of 450 During Pregnancy Indicate?

i have pcos had one previous pregnancy that ended in miscarriage so very anxious about my recent pregnancy am four weeks late for my period and had a blood test that stated i was 3 to 4 weeks pregnant with a hcg level of 400- 450 and was told not to come back to the doctors untill i was 5-6 weeks pregnant for further tests
