What Does Minimal Mucosal Thickening In Bilateral Maxillary Sinuses Indicate?

Here are my results, can someone spell it out to me in lay mans terms. Thanks IMPRESSION: Minimal mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinuses. No significant mucosal thickening in remainder of the para-nasal sinuses. Small volume fluid in the left maxillary sinus could represent acute sinusitis in the appropriate clinical setting.
