What Does NO DOMINANT FOLLICLE AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 6.3 MM Indicate?

ACTUAL I WANT TO CONCIEVE.I HAD TAKEN LETRYL 2.5MG THIS MONTH.MY DOC SAID TO ME TO HAVE A FOLLICULAR STUDY.IT HAS STARTED FROM 10TH DAY OF MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE AND THE RESULT WAS RT OVARY AND LF OVARY SHOWS NO DOMINENT FOLLICLE AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 6.3MM.LATER ON 12TH DAY RT OVARY SHOWS NODF AND LF OVARY SHOWS 18*10MM AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 7.4MM.ON DAY 14TH RT OVARY SHOWS NODF AND LF OVARY SHOWS AGAIN 18*10MM AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 7MM. ON DAY 16 TH RT OVARY SHOWS NODF AND LF OVARY SHOWS 19*10MM AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 9MM.ON 18TH DAY RT OVARY SHOWS NODF AND LEFT SHOWS NODF AND ENDOMETRIUM IS 9.9MM AND THEIR IS MILD FREE FLUID IN POD.ACTUALLY WHAT IT MEANS.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IN MU CONCIEVING. PLZ LET ME KNOW

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.Ovulation has occurred from left ovary.
There was single follicle in left ovary and it ruptured after attaining its maximum size.
There are signs of ovulation and it is indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
