What Does PTB Minimal Undetermined Activity Mean?

Please someone help me to understand and how to heal this issue, my xray result are: Fibroid and hazy densities in the right upper lung. Heart is not enlarged. Rest of the chest structures are unremarkable. REMARKS/CONCLUSION: Minimal PTB activity undetermined Suggest follow up chest xray

it is sugestive of pathology in right upper lung field. can consult thoracic medicine specialist. may have to go for further investigation like hemogram, lung capacity test and if requered mri of lung fields.
