What Does Protein Is 2079 Mg/dl And Creatinine 1.3 And Urea 36 Indicate?

I Had epididymal TB IN 1998 and completed ATT. In 2009 I had family split since than i have started asthmatic attacks been doctor myself also my friend chest specialist did not though of depression related asthma so they put me on bronchodialators but when they did not responded steroids started but sever attack of asthma came after every 1 to 2 month. Since Jan 2011I develop low grade fever99_100 F. and also protein urea 300mg/dl in 24 hr with creatinnne clearance 90% RBC 30-40. All cleared with routine treatment. In June 2011 I feel distention of abdomen on it was ascites and 2.6l of fluid i was drained is having protein 5.8 gm and lymphocytes 90% no any other finding. When i did 24hr urine Protein is 2079mg/dl and creatinnne clearance 62% Creatinne 1.3 and urea 36 I weight is 68Kg And i unable to tolerate routine WHO protocol for 4tab of 4drug therapy Kindly evaluate I dose with regards Dr Anjum

I would recommend seeing a nephrologist for further analysis.
