What Does SD Ratio Of 2.5 In The Right Uterine Artery And SD Ratio Of 2.69 In The Left Uterine Artery Signify In 19 Weeks Pregnancy?

i went for level 2 US and the report showed normal baby growth but thev report showed SD ratio of 2.5 in the right uterine artery and SD ratio of 2.69 in the left uterine artery,my dr has suggested ecospirin (75mg), is everything fine with m and my baby. i m 19 weeks pregnant\

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The ultrasound s/d ratio of the uterine artery indicates the blood flow to the uterus. If low than normal then the chance of getting hypertension in Pregnancy is high. But please remember this is only a screening test. It does not definitely say whether You will develop hypertension.
your doctor is right in prescriBing aspirin.
