Hello, I hope you are well, even though you are not overweight or obese, you have metabolic risk factors such as diabetes mellitus and long-term hypertension, factors that can condition a fatty liver, in addition to the consumption of alcohol that May be contributing to your problem. You present a very slight enzyme elevation, less than double for your gender, however, you need to perform an image study as a liver ultrasound to study the characteristics of the organ. There are several types of noninvasive studies to determine the degree of steatosis / fibrosis that you present for the purpose of performing an early detection and implementing actions for the prevention of disease progression.
