Hello

Findings indicate increased SGPT level, mildly increased ferritin level and globulin level towards lower side.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
It may be related to alcohol intake in your case. You should avoid it completely.
Cholesterol level is also mildly increased.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Mildly increased ferritin level is acceptable.

Get well soon.
Take Care
