Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI). UTI is indicated by slightly cloudy appearance of urine and excess pus cells, occasional RBC and few bacteria in urine. Albumin in urine may be due to UTI. You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen. You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report. You should drink plenty of water.
Mucus threads and urates are also normally found in urine.
Specific gravity is part of kidney function test to assess the urine concentrating or diluting ability of kidney. The value what you've given is within the normal range and the pH of urine is acidic. What is of concern is the pus cells 50/hpf which is suggestive of urinary tract infection it'll require a course of antibiotics oral or intra venous depending if only infection of bladder that is cystitis or even the parenchyma of kidney is involved called as pyelonephritis. Consult a urologist as per the advice of your physician if needed.
