welcome to Health care magic. 1.Splinting of diaphragm is seen in the post traumatic, post operative, old collapse lung, And could be one of the variants of normal lung, depending on the patient history. 2.In some cases the diaphragm is elevated than of normal level, however the lung fields will be clear , and does not cause any pathology. 3.If there was any history of operation - still the reports says no active process. 4.If patient is still symptomatic get an CT scan done for confirmatory. 5.As x-ray itself in many cases not problem solving. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
