General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
Normally T4 is inactive as such it gets converted into metabolically active T3 by the enzyme Deiodinase, the deficiency of which results in failure to form the active T3 hormone. It can also be due to some underlying problems involving liver or high levels of steroids.
Fulvic acid claims to be a "nutrient booster" has no therapeutic benefits as far as the thyroid problems are concerned.
There's no scientific study done to confirm it's beneficial role in the treatment of problem like yours.
Consult an endocrinologist for the probable use of T3 in the form of THYRONINE to treat your condition effectively.
Regards.
