What Does TMT Result Being Positive For Reversible Myocardial Ischemia Mean?

RESULT IS TMT POSITIVE FOR REVERSIBLE MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA, I exercised for 8.47min on Bruce Protocol at a max of 10 METS and achieved 86% of THR. Report shows significant ST Depression in leads II (-0.9mm), III (-1.7 mm), a VF(-1.3mm), V4(-0.2mm) V5(-0.4mm) & V6(-0.5MM) at peak exercise which persists tille 6-7 minutes of recovery. The heart and BP response normal during exercise. And no arrhythmia observed. I am 41 year old, male. Pls suggest
