What Does TSH Level Of T3-4.56ng/ml,T4-1.09ng/dl And TSH8.18ulU/ml Suggest?
On my 8th month of pregnancy, my TSH was 4.05 ulU/L and i was given 25mg thyronorm. I took it till one week after my delivery on 28Feb. My latest report done on 23rd May was T3-2.86nmol/L (0.92-2.79) T4-152.0 nmol/L (58.1-140.6) TSH-0.07ulU/L (0.35-5.5). My 3months old baby s report on 22nd May was T3-4.56ng/ml (2.80-4.80) T4-1.09ng/dl (0.80-2.00) TSH-8.181ulU/ml (1.700-9.100). Please help
Hello, Good day. Your baby is just 3 months old and TSH of up to 10 is normal for that age. We will reconfirm the test of TSH is more than 10. However, for an adult, TSH of 8 is surely high You may need to repeat yours and your baby's TFT after 1-2 months Regards B
