Hello
Thank you for your question.
From your history and reports it is evident that you have been diagnosed with Hepatitis.
You also require Liver function Tests which will show your bilirubin level and liver enzymes which will probably be elevated if you have hepatitis.

Since there are various types of hepatitis, you may also need further tests to differentiate which type you have, say for example Infectious hepatitis
( hepatitis A, B, C , E) which is the most likely diagnosis.

There are various other causes of hepatitis which are much rarer in which case , you will need a specialist opinion.
It is important to to arrive at an accurate diagnosis because the treatment and prognosis varies with each type.

I would advise Rest , Plenty of oral fluids and a bland diet (avoiding fatty foods) until you get a complete diagnosis . Further management will be decided based on your results.

I hope this information is helpful.
Take care

HI, K.
here liver is enlarged and usg report suggest hepatitis.
YOU mentioned duration since 3 month. SO you might have chronic hepatitis or possibilities of chronic carrier with HBSag.
Viral marker must be done to rule out viral hepatitis which is the commenest cause.
If still cause not clear then liver biopsy can be done to rule out cause.
After doing these investigation treatment can be done.
