What Does USG Report Showing Thick Walled Cystic SOL With Internal Septation In Adnexa Mean?

According to USG report I have a thick walled cystic S.O.L. (64mmX44mm) with internal septation noted in right

adnexa, right overy is not visualized separately and uterus is bulky ( 95mm X 52 mm X 42 mm). What are risks? Please tell me the right treatments. --- S. Mona, W.B. Mal..

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your reports suggests complex right adnexal cyst,it may be originated from ovary and it may be due to endmetrioma,hemorrhagic cyst etc.
Complex nature of cyst is suggested by enlarged size and septations.
It is important to know your age and symptoms. Uterus is also enlarged in size.
You need clinical correlation and follow up imaging.
CT Scan of pelvis and tumour markers should also be done.
Treatment depend upon findings.
You should consult your gynecologist.
