Seven images of the cervical spine were obtained. Uncovertebral joint disease is noted at the C5-6 level on the left. Facet joints are fairly well maintained. Neural foramen are grossly unremarkable. Endplate osteophyte formation and disc space loss is noted at C6-7 and to a lesser extent C5-6. No compression fracture is identified. Precervical soft tissues are normal. Flexion and extension views reveal no abnormal motion. IMPRESSION: Multilevel degenerative change most prominent C6-7
1.The report suggest there are multiple osteophytes noted at the cervical vertebral level. 2.The degenerative changes are age related or hard working individuals with weight bearing. 3.The joints posteriorly intervertebral appears normal according to the report. 4.The disc space narrowing seen at the level C6-7 - which is due to loss of hydration as degenerative disc disease. 5.In this case the treatment includes exercises and physiotherapy if needed.
