Hello dear Understand your concern In normal urine: WBCs would be ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf. But in your case it is 60-80 suggests infections. (kidney infections, cystitis, urethritis). Treatment should be very specific to bacteria that present in urine. I think you should wait for culture report and then have to start antibiotics according to culture report so it cure the present bacteria/fungal in the urine. Meanwhile you can take tablet septran, nitrozolium, urine alkalizer. You should to take full course of antibiotics, do not stop antibiotics in between as it cause chance of recurrence of persistence of infection. Drink plenty of waters (minimum 8 glass per /day), always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder, drink juice of cranberry, papaya, orange and pineapple. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
