Hello, Your urine microscopy findings indeed point towards urinary tract infection infection in the kidney/urinary bladder. Since u also have a history of low back ache and fever, your symptoms are of concern which indicate a recurrent urinary tract infection. This calls for immediate medical attention. Yes, you need to take antibiotics, but that will be decided on the type of bacteria you are harboring, this will be decided after a urine culture. Hope I have given a clear picture regarding your complaints, any more queries do get back. Best regards, Dr Jyothi Bl
