What Does X Ray Report - Mild Scoliosis Seen In The Lumbar Spine Indicate?

Hi doctor my name is sachin. living in mumbai, my mom having back bone problem, i got x-ray report and report say's that " There is mild scoliosis seen in the lumbar spine with concavity to the right side. osteophytes are seen arising from lumbar vertebrae. tubal ligation bands are seen in the pelvis. there is evidence of osteopenia. pls tell me the problem and solution, thanks in advance.
