What Does A HCG Level Of 127 During 12 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Dear Dr. Manjunath, My pleasure greeting you. I´m 12 weeks pregnant now and I just got my blood test and visited my gynecologist yesterday. My B-HCG levels are 127 mUI/ml and PAPP-A are 1.31 mUI/ml. The test was made at 10th pregnancy week. I´m 40 years all and at first glance it seems those results are showing a bit of risk of Down Syndrome. The doctor made a basic ecografía yesterday and it seemed the nuchal sheet wasn´t big. I will be doing a proper screener soon but I got a bit worried. Is it possible having those hormones levels and baby being ok? What other reasons are for having those increases on B-HCG or decreases on PAPP-A? Thank you so much.
