What Does A PSA Of 14 Indicate?

What could be the cause of a PSA of 14 with no enlargement of the Prostate with the only symptom is occasional blood in the urine? Is there any other diagnosis than cancer. He is a man in his late 50 s. He has an appointment tomorrow with a urologist.

There are other causes of raised PSA levels aswell but PSA levels of this much indicates prostatic biopsy to rule out cancer.
