My blood tests just came back with a TSH of 13.8. I have no symptoms, in fact most of my symptoms other than weight (I ve always been underweight) look more like hypothyroid (fatigue, always cold, etc.). I do take kelp and spirulina daily. I am 63 years old. What does this mean?
