General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your bilirubin level is fluctuating...

You have not mentioned which disease you have leading hyperbilirubinemia...

Hemolytic jaundice, hepatitis etc can be the cause for it

Investigation for that done by testing for viral markers and USG abdomen....

According to cause further specific treatment given

You are advised to drink alcohol when your bilirubin level stable below one

Meanwhile fruits, carrot, lemon juice, sugar cane juice and less fried food advisable

If bilirubin rising and if needed you might prescribed udiliv for that

Take care

Consult physician for examination
