What Does A Black Dot On Cheek Indicate After A Sore Throat Infection?

I have sort throat for 6 weeks with some of blood spit, then got mucus from throat for 2 week but it was gone last several days ago but I still unwell and fatigue and I have still dry mouth for few days, today is very dry (morning is worse) and i noticed one black dot in my mouth (cheek) and very few rash on body.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The dryness in the mouth can be because of the reduced salivary secretion secondary to stone in the duct. The rashes and black pigmentation over the cheek can be secondary to allergic reaction. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antihistamines like cetrizine.
For the dryness you can use artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose.
