What Does A Black Rash On The Tip Of The Penis Indicate?

Hi, Im Balu Bhasuran, Recently I noticed that there is a small black mark on the tip of my penis. (on foreskin). Here I attached the photo of the same. When I was a child my trousers zip got stuck with the foreskin and blood came from the same spot and it is now in black colour.

itcan be a scar or a mole. keep it under watch as such no treatment is required such treatment is available to remove them. to be consulted withonchologistif it changes its size specially elevation.
