What Does A Black Round Spot On Calf Indicate?

I have a black round spot, about 3/8 ", on my calf. It is indented and does not hurt or itch. It appeared when I got poison ivy, so I thought it was another bit of that. This black spot has an irregular redness surrounding the black indentation. I am curious as to what it is. I am on warfarin and insulin
