What Does A Black Spot On The Penis Indicate?

Hi i dont know how this works,but i found this page,i would like to ask for advice,sorry for my bad English i am not native to it.I have small black spot on the penis frenulum , i had it torn 6 years ago it grew back nice no issues since then , now i see small black spot in that area,it does not hurt does not itches,i just dont know should i let it be for a while or should i do something about it. I knew this is not free but i still gave it a go , never mind , il find out on my own .
