What Does A Bleeding Rash On The Breast Indicate?

I am not breast feeding, I have not worn any new undergarment. I first noticed a blister on my nipple about 2 days ago (a little lower of the hole) and paid no attention to it, there is no pain, itching or discharge from the nipple. Then the scab peeled off and it started to bleed, and that is what caught my attention. what is happening? should i go to the doctor?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Your symptoms could be due to Breast abscess and cellulitis, Inflammatory breast cancer. You should consult the doctor and its require examination. For safer side go for mamography, USG scan.

Doctor may give following treatment and advice for you:

- Apply cold compression pad
- Apply cotton between bra and lower part of breast
- Ointment neomycin
- Wear pure cotton well fitted bra, not very tight
- Apply clamine lotion
- Coconut oil and prime rose oil massage
- Wash your bra by hot water with added vinegar.
