What Does A Blister On The Big Toe Indicate?

Hello, Just curious, on top of the knuckle of my big toe I have what looks almost like a fluid filled sack under the skin, it is slightly purple. It is nor at all painful. I can push on it like it is a bubble. I am a very healthy female, 52 years old 147 lbs, 5 7 . Almost never get sick.
