First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it can be traumatic blisters or local allergies to latex or lubricants if used. Even if recent std screen is normal it can be contracted afterwards.
Hope it will resolve in a day or two but it persists, a urologist review or a dermatologist opinion may be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
