hi dr. im in the 6th week of my pregnancy. when doctor make ultrasound . we find blood collection beside baby . i feel uncomfortable . i feel spasm 2 days ago . also feel nausea and so is that danger on my baby? i dont take any medicine for fixation like duphastone . just take folic acid .So can you tell me plz if there any danger ? and that blood how will dissapear ? if occur bleeding from vagina is that agood sign or bad sign of abortion?
A placenta is a source of blood and nutrition supply for baby from mother, and it is location is also important as it sometimes near the cervix or OS which called placenta precisely and leads to antepartum hemorrhage.
On the other hand, sometimes due to pressure or lose adhesion this placenta get torn and blood accumulate beside baby called concealed bleeding which occurs in placenta abruption and it occurs with pain, and that is a bad sign so you should consult an obsgyn as early as possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
