What Does A Bowel Movement After Intercourse Indicate?
Hi Dr..woulld just like to ask why does my hubby after hvng sex that too not often just once a week goes immediately to the loo to pass stool after hvng sex. I would just like to knw is this some psychology effect /abnormality or thn something wrong with his imune system.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is quite common and doesn't mean anything sinister. Sex jiggles the area and also stimulates the gut. The wiring crosses over significantly and this moves the bowels along. If it really is an issue, then changing the timing of intercourse to later in the day would probably change things a bit.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Matt Wachsman
