Hi there ...I ve had a light brown mark on the left on the head of my penis.....it s under the skin..I ve had the same partner for 11 years....it s not sore....it doesn t interfere with my sex life...but its just there..I m in my fortys now and I would like to know what it could be....thanx

Usually syphilitic ulcer is not painful, it is button like brownish patch. If you are having these findings better go for investigation. Otherwise, you need not worry. Use Candid cream anti-fungal medication.
