What Does A Bruise On The Lower Abdomen Indicate?
Hello on 2 separate occasions I have found a bruise on my right lower quadrant on the same spot and same size and color I went to see my Dr and they reassured me that I must have forgotten that I had bumped myself on something I feel they re not really listening to me I had ovarian cancer which required a full hysterectomy and left lymph node removal and my omentum she I be concerned

I don't find this bruising and bleeding much related to hysterectomy or ovarian cancer history.
I think it can be related to using anticoagulants or blood thinners such as aspirin or warfarin because they can cause a bruising in minor trauma you can't even remember. Do a total blood count with formula and platelets count.
