What Does A Bump Below The Circumcision Line Indicate?
I don t know how to put this but uh. . I just got circumcised last month and it s been four weeks now. I kind of got a small bump just below the circumcised line under under the skin. I didn t have sex since the operation but I did try to put on a condom during my third week. . Does the condom has any effect on an early circumcised penis.??
