What Does A Bump Close To The Navel Indicate?

I have noticed a little bump on the left side of my stomach about 4 inches away from my belly button the bump is about a centimeter big to me it feels similar to a pimple but it is a blue slightly green color and when i pinch it it feels like theres a little ball in it, about 6 months ago i had my appendix removed i don t know if that has something to do with it or not the bump has been there for quite some time and hasn t gone away

1. Please send a photo of the bump you notice near your navel
2. could be infected cyst, but should evaluate the changes myself through the photo.

If cannot send the photo in, please consult with dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
