Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain a bump oner the cheek which seems painless and not causing any problem to you can be a MUCOCELE which is formed due to clogged duct of the minor Salivary Gland or the gland itself or it can be due to ruptured duct of the gland leading to formation of a small lump..
It is mostly harmless and resolves by itself and for this you can do concentrated salt water gargles..

The other part of your question is that brownish discharge from gums clearly indicates that you have infection in the gums and the brownish discharge can be blood along with pus..
You should consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case of gum infection Scaling of the teeth and tooth surface under the gums followed by antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole along with gum paint can help in resolving the infection and discharge..

Hope this information helps..
