What Does A Bump In The Groin Area Indicate?

I have a cyst type bump in between my leg and my vaginal lips, when I squeeze it a reddish clear liquid comes out some and then a really dark red blood mixture, it s right on my panty line and is very painful, I squeeze it till it s too painful to mess with and stuff keeps coming out but it never goes away, what could it be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
As per your history, you are having an abscess or an infected lymph nose of the area. It would require a surgical incision and drainage under local anesthesia, with antibiotics and proper dressings till complete resolution of the infection. Please consult your Gynecologist or a General Surgeon for the needful treatment.
