What Does A Bump In The Vagina Indicate?

Good day! I have a concern. I m not getting enough sleep for the past few weeks due to this problem. I noticed a skin bump on my majora (outer vagina). It is very small and only one. I really do not know if what skin growth is this. Either a wart, mole or tag. That s what my OB told me. She can t really tell if its a tag or a wart coz it s only one. It s skin-like color. It s not itchy. I noticed this about 3 weeks ago. My doctor suggested a biopsy but I m still thinking twice. However, I want to seek for a second opinion. I have a picture of it. If you can help me out with this, I am more than willing to send a photo. Thank you. By the way, I m a female.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I appreciate your concern. I could not view the picture you mentioned with the question. You may upload it and I could comment on it accordingly. If your OBGYN doctor was suspecting something sinister on general inspection then a biopsy should be done.

Wishing you best of health
Thanks
