General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you should get it reviewed by a dermatologist as this scalp can be a psoriatic patch or Ectopic dermatitis.

Don't scratch it like that, as it can have capillaries in its bed and will cause bleeding and exposure to infection.

For the time is a combination of topical steroid and antibiotics like fusidic acid may be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
