What Does A Bump Under The Penis Indicate?
This morning I noticed a bump under the skin of my penis. The bump is located at the very base of the penis close to the pelvic bone and it s beside the big vein that goes up the shaft of the penis. This bump doesn t hurt when I touch it, I can get erections, and urinating doesn t hurt either. I can wiggle this bump around a little bit. I m not sure if this bump is attached to the big vein that goes up the base of the penis because the bump is close to this big vein as mentioned above.
