Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I suspect it to be due to Gastro Esophageal reflex. Please do Upper GI endoscopy to rule out any GERD, Gastritis or Erosions in stomach or esophagus. In addition consider Urea Breath Test and Blood antigen test for H.Pylori to rule out any H.Pylori infection. In GERD or Gastritis with H.Pylori infection, Antibiotics is needed in addition to Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole. Please do not skip meals. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid deep fried as well as oily foods. Drink plenty of water. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Hope this helps. Please write back for further queries. Wishing you good health.
